The Interiors of A Few Indian Train Coaches Just Got an Upgrade and Now They Look Fantastic

The Indian Railways have decided to overhaul the interiors of their trains. Initially, they have picked over a hundred trains that were 10-15 years old, and refurbished their interiors completely turning them into something like Hotels of Wheels kind of things.

Here is how these refurbished coaches look now

If you’ve travelled in the Indian Trains at least even once, you will know it is not as pleasing as it sounds. Even the nicer trains between important stations are not much appealing. But looking at these photos, I’m really excited to jump on one of these coaches (if they end up connecting to a train that actually runs) and spend some travelling time. 🙂
